Synopsis: The mafia is abundant in America, where the murders are a regular occurrence on the streets. Hell, a mysterious company, is behind most of these negotiations through the use of its almost unvincible human weapon, "Phantom".
One day, a Japanese tourist accidentally witnesses Phantom's last murder. Desperate to escape, the tourist hides in an isolated building. However, Phantom revealed a young woman called Ein, and the leader of hell "Scythe Master" captures the tourist and the brain lava.
Given the name "Zwei", this tourist who was once peaceful is now a puppet of hell without memories. Installed for a world of lies, deception and violence, Zwei must fight to survive, hopefully to one day recover his memories and escape this world, where he is constantly on the verge of death.
