Synopsis: In the year 153 of the Universal Century, Zanscare's tyrannical empire assumed hostile control over side 2, a space colony outside the earth's orbit. Following in the steps of the long expired principality of Zeon and the latest vanguard of cross bones, Zanscare rules its subjects with cruelty, routinely using a large guillotine for public executions.
Living in Central Europe, the üso Ewin space immigrant joins the League military, a militia composed of frustrated civilians with the disability of the land federation to fight the Zanscare Empire. The latent skills of üso as a psychic Shattype wake up and allow him to pilot the victory Gundam, the only mobile costume capable of postponing the Empire Zanscare Bespa elite forces.
