Koro-sensei Quest!
Synopsis: One day, Kunugigaoka Magic School's class 3-e receives a special mission: killing his classroom teacher, the demon king Koro-Sensei. To increase their chances of success, the class looks for the three most powerful warriors - Karma Akabane, Itona Horibe and Ritsu - who later join your company. Even with their help, fulfilling the mission becomes an insurmountable task, as they are not the only ones after the life of the Demon King.
Koro-Sensei Mission! He tells the comic adventures of Nagisa Shiota and Class 3-E as magic students of Chibi. Trained by none other than their target, students find challenging but hilarious situations for all the dangerous mission of defeating the Demon King.

Summary and events
- Koro-Sensei, a yellow being with superhuman skills, is hired as a teacher of class 3-E of the Kunungigaoka School.
- Class 3-E is composed of students considered problematic and maladjusted, who are despised by other students and teachers of the school.
- Koro-Sensei reveals that he is actually an alien being who has destroyed much of the moon and threatens to destroy the earth in a year unless someone kills him before that.
- Koro-Sensei proposes an agreement with Class 3-E: If they can kill him before the deadline, he promises not to destroy the earth and will still give them a cash reward.
