Synopsis: In a city marked by chaos and corruption, Lisvalletta is facing an epidemic generated by the use of a drug called Anthem, which transforms users into powerful, uncontrollable creatures. The criminal investigation unit SEVEN-O is the only hope to contain this threat, using an innovative approach that puts agents in pairs, nicknamed "Double Decker". Kirill Vrubel, an ordinary cop with heroic dreams, finds himself caught up in an unexpected kidnapping and, teaming up with experienced detective Douglas "Doug" Bilingam, discovers a world full of danger, action and the chance to become the hero he always wanted to be.
