Hi no Tori

Sinopsis: From prehistoric times to the distant future, hi no Tori portrays how the legendary immortal bird Phoenix acts as a witness and chronicler of the history of the infinite struggle of humanity in search of power, justice and freedom.

Since time immemorial, people have sought the legendary phoenix for their blood, which is known for granting eternal life. Listening to Phoenix's sightings in the land of fire, Himiko - the cruel queen of Yamatai obsessed with immortality - leads her army to conquer the nation and recover the creature. Young Nagi, her older sister Hinaku and her foreign husband Guzuri are the only survivors of the massacre. But while Nagi is arrested by the enemy, elsewhere, Hinaku has a shocking revelation.

The resurrection
In the distant future, where the earth has become uninhabitable, Leona undergoes surgery at a space station to recover from a deadly accident. However, while also suffered from amnesia, his brain is now kind of cyber and makes him see people as remains and robots without shape as humans. With the help of the KU clan wolf gods who protect the village atmosphere, he survives the attempted murder. After tensions are established, Saruta uses her established WAH reputation to convince residents to receive Harima in her community. During a period of time, Harima becomes the respected leader of the village under the name of Inugami in Sukune. But while the young prince adapts to his new role, he must remain vigilant as the new dangers soon arise and threaten his recently acquired tranquility.

The future
Life on earth ceased to exist gradually, with survivors taking refuge in underground cities. To avoid human extinction, Dr. Saruta unsuccessfully tries to recreate life in his laboratory. However, Masato Yamanobe's unexpected visit, his alien girlfriend Tamami and his colleague Rock Holmes reveals a disturbing crisis: computers that regulate underground cities have begun a nuclear war that will eliminate all humanity.
