The reception robots do not fully interact or answer any questions, but speak more than four languages including Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese.
Check-in and check-out are all automatic through a machine with a touchscreen. Your room key and other information come out automatically, without the need for human contact.

Henn-na Hotel getting weirder and weirder
