Do you know the Onibi saga?

Have you heard of Hatsune Miku's series of vocaloids called "Saga Onibi" or "Onibi Series"? Probably not. This is a series of songs by Hatsune Miku that is very little known.

鬼火 (onibi) literally means "fire demon", and that's what literally defines the songs in this series. These songs have very disturbing and scary lyrics. If these songs become famous around the world, it would be one more reason for religions to say that everything in japan has evil interference.

This music series is basically composed of 10 dark vocaloids:

  • 1. The Fox's Wedding
  • 2. Will-o-the-Wisp
  • 3. The Spider and the Kitsune-like Lion
  • 4. Beheading Dance
  • 5. The Beautiful Shadow of the Demon's Frenzied Dance
  • 6. O Espelho Demoníaco Claro
  • 7. Morte, Desventura e o Amanojaku
  • 8. Capital da performance de dança Lírio Estrela
  • 9. Your Health and I Becoming One
  • 10. My seventh celebration

But still, the number is a mystery. Some other songs are also said to be from the onibi saga.

What is the Onibi saga?

You must be wondering: What the hell is this?! Well, it is not known for sure, but from the information we have, the songs are from some companies, record companies, or people called dough. They also say that the songs portray Japanese urban legends.

One of the legends they tell is that of "The Fox's Wedding" (The wedding of the fox). This legend basically tells about a fox that devours humans, however, these humans are "born again" as beautiful women, who eat their husbands after marriage.

But this is probably just a rumour, because I've never seen anything talking about this legend... Below you can see the vocaloid of "The Fox's wedding":

But one thing is for sure: these songs are very macabre!

If you follow some translation of the song, you will see that the songs talk about things like rape, torture, murders, things like "eating humans", and even subliminal messages like "Love me", "Worship me", "Listen to me ", "come to me", which go by very quickly, and some disgusting words that I prefer not to write.

I'll leave below another famous song from the Onibi saga, "My seventh celebration", which I think has a more "moderate" lyrics.
