According to Monocle magazine, Tokyo was named the best city in the world according to “The 2015 Quality of Life Survey”.
To define the best city in the world, the following points were evaluated:
- Culture
- Nature
- connectivity
- Cost of Living
- Home
- Food
- Transport
- Communication
- Safety
- Public health
- Education
- Business
- And others
Much more was evaluated, even the price of coffee. Undoubtedly, Tokyo fits in all these assessments, with its large buildings, its impeccable infrastructure, in addition to an environment that conveys peace to the inhabitants. Although it doesn't look like it, Tokyo is a very natural city, with several gardens and mountains or lakes nearby.
In addition to Tokyo, Fukouka and Kyoto were in the ranking. It was to be expected that no Brazilian city would be in the ranking.
