Uramaki is a type of sushi rolled upside down. In the first case, the filling is wrapped by seaweed and then by rice with vinegar.

Makizushi are traditional sushi wrapped in nori seaweed. There are different types of Makizushi.

Temaki is a large sushi rolled by hand with cone shaped nori. This sushi is usually 10 centimeters long and is eaten by hand.
